At Verses Collections we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of ship date.

*Sizing Note:

Please ensure that you select the proper size before placing your order. Knowing your proper neck size and sleeve length is crucial for a perfect fit. If you’re unsure of your size we recommend seeking guidance from a professional tailor or someone experienced in taking measurements.

Conditions and Items Eligible for Return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Original tags and packaging must be in tact

Items must be returned with 30 days of ship date

Defective items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. Defective items must be presented to us within 3 days after delivery for assessment and resolution.

Initiating a Return:

Contact us at VersesReturns@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved you will receive instruction on how to return the item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need another size or color, we recommend returning the item(s) for refund and placing a new order
